Pros

Flexible hours. Friendly environment. Placed at a good location - has accessibility to a lot of facilities. Ample learning opportunity. If you're able to work here, you can work anywhere.

Cons

No appreciation for work. Terribleible work load. Ancient HR policies. HR doesn't listen to employees rather plays puppets to the hands of management. Ridiculous leave policy. Usually you have to work on week offs and holidays or even leaves.

Pros

The long term employees are a wealth of knowledge.

Cons

Outdated management culture. Horrible conditions in the plants. Misleading and very little incentive to grow. Salesforce is also a misleading program and an overly cumbersome tool primarily used to monitor sales people and not as a tool for growth. Management culture is poor.
