Pros

Chatham is a well run company generally full of smart people, and it shows. The culture is relaxed and sensible. Compensation is great and the company makes an effort to provide competitive benefits.

Cons

There is actually a very real con to working here, and that's the vibe/pace. It's hard to explain - it's not that it's hectic (or "dynamic and fast-paced"), in fact it's kind of the opposite. There is just not a lot of planning in general, and most processes have naturally grown over the years in very organic way. So no matter who you are, or where you come from - you will have to adjust to the way things work 'round here, and it's very different. And the reality is that's not for everybody.

Pros

There is a lot of investment in new technologies, especially AI. As AI continues to evolve, Chatham is investing in employees by giving us opportunities to learn and use these tools so we can stay ahead of the curve and be leaders in the industry. That's a huge plus. The people here are also unmatched. I've worked at other companies, and I can honestly say this is the best culture I've been a part of. The team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely cares about each other's success.

Cons

I would not change a thing,

Pros

One of the best parts about working at this company is the opportunity to learn across different functions and gain exposure to a wide range of projects. The environment allows employees to develop both technical and professional skills quickly, especially through collaboration with experienced team members. I also appreciate the fast-paced culture, which encourages growth, adaptability, and problem-solving. The experience has helped me better understand operations, teamwork, and how different parts of the business work together.

Cons

One challenge of working at the company is that there can sometimes be a heavy amount of operational and repetitive work, which may limit opportunities to focus on more strategic or analytical projects. In certain situations, processes and responsibilities could be better organized to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary workload. Communication between teams can also occasionally be unclear, leading to duplicated efforts or delays. Improving workflow structure could help employees be more productive and engaged.
