The benefits and long-term career prospects can't be beat. 401k with great match. Pension. And great health benefits. Very kind and friendly culture overall.
Cons
This is a time of change for the energy industry. So there have been reorganizations and with the coming of AI, things are not very certain. Management is trying to see how the business adjusts. So it's been a bit bumpy lately.
