Poor Leadership and Company Direction - Software Engineer Chevron Employee Review

Leadership is driving to heavily reduce US presence in the IT fields (Data Science, Software Engineering, Application Engineering, etc). Heavily reducing career growth opportunity and longevity with the company for our fields. Also, two major reorgs in the last five years has left Chevron's IT work in shambles where many roles are are picking up the pieces and fixing problems someone else left years ago.
