Pros

the internship was overall pretty fun! While most interns were in the Houston office, I was in the San Ramon office with about 50 other interns over the summer. It has a 9/80 work schedule, as does the full time position, so that was one of the nicer aspects. The San Ramon office is also a short drive away from things to do, such as San Francisco and San Jose.

Cons

I wasn't able to connect with the Houston Interns much, which was a bummer as it limited my networking abilities

Pros

Working with an amazing team who cares about your work-life balance and gives flexibility if emergencies arise. The pay is also very good.

Cons

The commute to the office is very difficult and having to come into work 4 days a week. Also, you have to pay for parking and there are no vouchers. They also have layoffs and downsizing on a regular basis so it is very nerve wrecking.
