Sigh. Where should I start? The worst part about this organization is the hypocrisy of the name of the organization and the leadership that is currently "running" things. More like running people off. The turnover is embarrassing. The evil I witnessed while working there was really scary. The belittling, bullying, harassment, the wildly inappropriate behavior from the one in charge was disgusting. Such a shame. You can't keep treating people like this and expect them to stay. In what world are we walking around afraid of other adults? It was honestly shocking to witness. Unfortunately there is no real HR. It is only there to be the eyes and ears to feed the CEO. Not surprised they keep getting hit with lawsuits.
