Pros

Very hard to find positives; I would cite the people however when they choose to stay despite what they know, I frankly begin to doubt how smart they really are

Cons

Where to begin, senior leadership team is so lacking in basic leadership skills and it shows everyday. C&D's success has been built on the backs of employees who are broken down and forced to operate within a environment that does not value their contributions, ideas and at its core, themselves. Turnover is a chronic issue and it should come at no surprise once you dig deeper. Ask your customers, ask former C$D survivors and trust your gut!

Pros

Super great work culture, small company feel. Everyone knows everyone from the interns up to the C suite.

Cons

Behind on technology but its improving, also very slow moving corporate enviornment. Barely to no entry level/young talent.

Pros

Great benefits and compensation package. This is a company that has some employees who have been with the company for a very long time. These employees are a wealth of knowledge and have strong skill sets.

Cons

Lack of leadership connection with the teams doing the actual work. They have very few growth opportunities outside the local plant for employees to pursue.
