Pros

Strong financials and some equitable brands. Effective with Investors.

Cons

As mentioned several times here on Glassdoor and it is fact - senior management is demotivating, disrespectful and ineffective, therefore many scapegoats are regularly selected, based on rather they like you or not, to place blame. In the meantime, the culture is a big watch-out. Upper Management pushes everything (accountability, decisions, etc…"you're the CEO" but you cannot really make the important decisions) down and assumes no accountability but places blame on underlings consistently and regularly.

Pros

Super great work culture, small company feel. Everyone knows everyone from the interns up to the C suite.

Cons

Behind on technology but its improving, also very slow moving corporate enviornment. Barely to no entry level/young talent.

Pros

Great benefits and compensation package. This is a company that has some employees who have been with the company for a very long time. These employees are a wealth of knowledge and have strong skill sets.

Cons

Lack of leadership connection with the teams doing the actual work. They have very few growth opportunities outside the local plant for employees to pursue.
