Toxicity & micromangement will not lead to caring for life - Medical Advisor Cipla Employee Review

It feels like they wanted to hire 3 or 4 employees & hired only 1 & asking that single person to do work of 4 person, by compromising on health, family time, personal time, sometimes it feels like we are bonded labour & there is no use of HR. They want us to be available 24 by 7 on laptop and mobile, and if not done, they start targeting and micromanaging, even on our off days or holidays or long leaves. Their travel support sucks, they must remove their current travel support third party, they over charge company and give pathetic stays to employees.
