If you are management or above you can come and go as you please and HR just ignores you.
Cons
Company does not care about workers safety Indian Caste System still active Company does not give promotions to non-Indians unless they are forced to Company uses Visa Workers as "Legal Slaves" Processes & Procedures are counterproductive and nonsensical HR has no accountability. Management just abuses and micromanages its employees. The place is an adult day care for high caste, well connected Indian nationals.
