It is great to see you list a number of positive comments while you were employed at Citco such as pay, benefits and the additional perks we offer to our employees. We are always looking for new ways to identify and promote talent at Citco. Which is why we were really excited to launch our new MyCareer program which made it a lot easier for employees to apply for opportunities within or outside of their business group. This also allowed employee’s to apply directly for promotion opportunities anytime there was an open requisition within their group.
