Cons
The biggest problem with Clearlink are the managers on the executive level. Micro-management is so strong to the point that it is driving people away. Multiple former employees have told me that the primary reason they have left is because of this. Currently, I'm also looking to leave for the same reasons. The people that are supposed to be leading the company to success have no idea what they are doing and are very inexperienced. When I first started here, I thought the company was amazing. I would not recommend anyone to work here unless they want to get in and out quickly. There is also intense favoritism of departments. e.g. Performance marketing vs Consumer, Engineering vs Marketing. Sykes has completely interfered with and destroyed what used to be a great culture. There is significant lack of career advancement unless you are in the right groups or play politics. Meager raises. I cannot recommend Clearlink in it's current state.
