Working at Code Four is a blast! The people are awesome, the office vibe is fun, and every day is an opportunity to learn something new. We work really hard and have plenty of projects to keep us busy. Overall a very fun and energetic place to work!

Cons

Code Four is growing really fast and there’s a lot of new, exciting things to be done to keep up. The pace can be intense, but that’s the beauty of the industry too. If you want to play hard, you have to work hard!

Lots of friendly talented individuals with great ideas. Accommodates to work schedule as needed.

Cons

Allow some managers to disrespect others without any disciplinary actions. Lack of communication. No HR. Upper management uses lots of profanity, no professional at all.
