Thank you for writing this review. I understand that pay is a key component to overall satisfaction in any position in any organization. Our goal is to ensure that pay for all team members globally is at market and competitive. To this end, we utilize a number of 3rd party data sources/surveys to compare our overall compensation (including cash comp and benefits) to each region we operate in, and for companies in our size category. The last point is perhaps one of the more important ones I can make. While we strive to be competitive in each market, as a mid-sized organization, we have resources far in excess of where we were a few years ago, but we are still clearly not at the size and scale of some of the larger organizations that can outstrip our package financially. That being said, we believe that by providing a competitive package, and most importantly a culture that is driven by purpose and flexibility (along the lines of what you mention), we can be a very attractive place for team members to grow and thrive.
