Administrative Staff - Anonymous employee Community Services for Every1 Employee Review

Caseloads are unreasonable and a direct result of certain departments not being held accountable for their shortcomings leaving support departments constantly running around in circles and unable to achieve any measurable progress. The amount of mid level “management”at the agency is absurd and ineffective. Pay is a pittance especially considering the stress level and workload. Overall I found the treatment of employees at this agency to be discouraging and in stark contrast to its mission and vision.
