More work less pay - Site Manager Community Services for Every1 Employee Review

Cliquey nature of upper management in residential, if they don’t like you watch yourself they will find anything they can to fire you. Being short staffed throughout residential, spreading what staff residential has too thin. No compensation for a manger working over 40 hours nor compensation for on call ( if a manager can’t find coverage they are forced to cover the shift) Lack of clear and concise information from the top down BURN OUT !!! Working all residential from Program coordinator down to the brink of losing their mind— no work/life balance.
