Pros

Work from home, computer provided, that sums it up for the pros of this company. Hard to get to the twenty word minimum.

Cons

Everything, completely disorganized, no communication, no formal training on tools before being thrown in the pool so to say, constantly being shifted to different managers who also are obviously not trained properly and offer little help. Again not their fault. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Complete lack of empathy for illness, death in family, etc. You even get written up and potentially fired for taking an extra 30 seconds on a break or have a power outage. Absolutely pathetic. They also don't tell you there are multiple tests you must pass or are fired on the spot and it is never ending. From day one on the phones you are graded on things that you have not even been taught. The list could go on forever.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
