Pros

The pro is that it is a job. Only pro is that they sent the equipment needed for the job. At first I thought there were several pros but most of which turned out to be plenty of lies.

Cons

Pay is low. Warning apply for other company's who offer the same client because you can start off making at least $1.50 more than you will here. When in "training" my class asked the trainer why most of what she was telling us was different than what we were all told by recruiters (info about schedule, benefits, pay). The trainer flat out told us that the recruiters job is to recruit... even if that means lying. So beware of that fact. There are a lot of reviews here about pay. Believe what you read. They are horrible about pay, HR will not help you if your pay is wrong. My current TM told our team he once had an issue with his pay and didn't get it corrected for 2 months. One member of my training class had tech issues that were Concentrix fault, he came in everyday. Stayed the entire 8hrs of the shift as instructed by the trainer and nesting manager and then after the fact (after being there for the full 80 hrs of the check) he was then told he would only be paid for 2hrs of the time. And has yet to receive his money, in fact several members of my team are missing hours of pay due to this. Do not read this and think that this wouldn't happen to you because it easily could be any employee at this job. Take the warnings you read here seriously. When in Nesting we were to be off the phones the first 2hrs and 45minutes of each morning to learn and the last hour of the day to ask questions about our calls that day. In a 5 week nesting period we only did this maybe for one week. Instead we were given just 30 minutes to "learn" (more like briefed on the latest lie) and never provided with the proper training to take calls. There were maybe 15 ppl on my team during this nesting period and literally after our first 30 minutes in the morning we would get on the phones and be the only people taking calls in the queue. This is not proper procedure for call center forecasting. You do not use your nesters to forecast your staff needed for the day as your nesters are to be taking debrief times everyday and because they forecast the nesters into their staffing you will be lucky to get that. Just proceed with caution if you decide to take this job. If you need a job take this one as you continue to look because they are very unprofessional, unorganized people. It is very clear that they are trying to fill seats for a check from the client. Don't seem very interested in whether you know the information just that you are in the seat so they get their check... no concern about your check. Not trying to keep people from working here just want you to know what you are getting into when you have bills to pay and expect your money on time and the full amount. If you need that guarantee check every 2 week I suggest you look elsewhere

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Paid training Always hiring Occasional snacks Some managers are cool

Cons

Lie about base pay and pay structure Most bonus pay is tied to surveys so things outside of your control will screw you. (i.e. customer asking for something your not allowed to do so they rate you badly on the survey.) Office politics and some terrible managers that will go out of their way to get you in trouble.(i.e. You had a technical issue during a call and had to disconnect[not uncommon thing] and they'll bring it up with upper management acting like you hung up for no reason. Schedule will change constantly and often little notice. -Mandatory hour cuts and overtime within 2 weeks of each other -Schedule can shift from M-F 8 to 5 to Thursday to Monday 1 to 10. HR will lead you on about opportunities in other departments but they never actually open for you.
