Pros

-Work from home -Provide Work Computer -Decent training -Supportive Management -Pay on time -Overtime available -Decent management support in my experience Right off the back I was excited to work at Concentrix. That quickly went away when my trainer started lying on me,attaching my character and being extremely judgemental. I successfully completed my first round of training and nesting which was paid, made it on to the production floor and LOVED working for them. My team lead was wonderful and supportive as were the coaches and managers. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better at home job. I was striving to make it a career.

Cons

Can be fired with no warning, no exit interview, no exit aperwork Pay only increases when promoted,if promoted No professional development Lack of communication about changes Slow career ladder progression Lies about promotions or advancing Some Management can't coach Quality has no root cause experience HR does not have your back Gossip central No respect up and down the chain Many many more reasons Right off the back I was excited to work at Concentrix. That quickly went away when my trainer started lying on me,attaching my character and being extremely judgmental. I successfully completed my first round of training and nesting which was paid, made it on to the production floor and LOVED working for them. My team lead was wonderful and supportive as were the coaches and managers. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better at home job. I was striving to make it a career. I finished one project and moved to another. I was placed back in with the same trainer that didn't like me and apparently she felt I was gunning for her job. Next thing you know she's down talking me to trainees at my level like we're in High school and saying untrue things about me. I email Hr and Management and ask for my training class to be changed and I was told they would look into it. Well next thing you know the trainer calls me and with her "manager" on the line and says she was terminating me. I asked why and she proceeded to lie and yell and down talk me. Then had the nerve to say You're a very great person and you can advance...Uhhh how? you got me terminated all because you didn't like me. Next thing you know (later that day) I have coworkers saying she told them on a recorded class. I didn't like her and I know how to lie and get someone terminated. I emailed HR and another manager asking for help and I was ignored. Horrible childish company when this is allowed.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Paid training Always hiring Occasional snacks Some managers are cool

Cons

Lie about base pay and pay structure Most bonus pay is tied to surveys so things outside of your control will screw you. (i.e. customer asking for something your not allowed to do so they rate you badly on the survey.) Office politics and some terrible managers that will go out of their way to get you in trouble.(i.e. You had a technical issue during a call and had to disconnect[not uncommon thing] and they'll bring it up with upper management acting like you hung up for no reason. Schedule will change constantly and often little notice. -Mandatory hour cuts and overtime within 2 weeks of each other -Schedule can shift from M-F 8 to 5 to Thursday to Monday 1 to 10. HR will lead you on about opportunities in other departments but they never actually open for you.
