Pros? Really? There are no pros... Way too many
Cons
Leads share your information with EVERYONE on the call floor, regardless of how personal in nature it is. Cliques? WAY too many of them. Don't ever file a grievance against one of your leads or supervisors or whatever they want to call them... you'll get the option to resign or be fired for it. (violation of the law against whistleblowers, but hey, we're phone monkies, who cares about us, right?)
