Pros

pay rate is stable. good benefits. awesome discounts. I had a really good trainer, get Jason if possible! Work environment is pretty laid back. You are assigned a little foot locker to keep your valuables in. The work itself is simple enough. The people are very friendly and fun. If you need help your neighbors will always help out if they can. They host fun activities that gets you free prizes and giveaways. Its very easy to make a lot of money with plenty of opportunities for OverTime and Bonuses essentially you get what you give. You show up to work on time and work your shift you get taken care of. You put in extra time and effort it will get recognized. You show up late and act like a lazy fool... it gets addressed.

Cons

The male population seem rather "thirsty" (not in a scary HR report kind of way... just obnoxious kind of way) the buildings Lobby is beautiful, but when you get up to the regular floors... well some renovation could be due. I feel theres a lot of people that kind of give up when trouble shooting and just go "eh, just tier 2 it" thats not fair to them we should be trying to solve these issues only using tier 2 when necessary. They are pretty strict on certain rules, purely because its a contract based company, they dont want to loose said contracts. the biggest con, the schedule is set on a rotation. you have to place a "bid" for your schedules every 3 months. so you could have a different schedule ( also meaning a whole new group of people to sit with/ new desk) every 3 months. If you want to ask HR anything dont bother sending an email, just go up to their floor in person. You might actually get an answer!

Pros

The people and team leads are nice for where I work.

Cons

For a new contract no one really knows a lot about the retailer. We are told one thing in training now other people coming in are told something else. The benefits are strange. They have medical dental and vision. But, they have no sick time at all? No vacation the pto is accrued which is fine but let’s say you need to see a doctor you can’t use it because you have to put in 2 weeks in advance? You get points for anything and everything under the sun? That I don’t understand. I worked through the years for a lot of companies and third party retailers and it was never like that. I just think no federal holiday time off is not so good especially if it’s a religious kind of holiday a family holiday.
