      WAH is the only pro

      Cons

      You have to not only purchase your own 21.5 monitor but you'll need to purchase your own keyboard and telephone with a headset and the pay for AOS sales is $10 p/h. Horrible! Training is a joke. You are thrown to the wolves pretty much once you're on the floor. TEam Manager only communicates in email no team meeting, at least the 2 weeks on the floor I was there it wasn't. It wasn't even worth telling them I quit. I just sent the equipment back.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
