Pros

The pros are greatly outweighed by the cons that the pros no longer are worth mentioning.

Cons

If you are considering a career at Concentrix, PLEASE read this entire review. Read all of the reviews before me... need I say more? Yes, I think I will. I am now several months removed from working for Concentrix and feel the need to save you one major headache. I worked for Concentrix in management for a very short time until I realized that it was draining me as a person. Working for management, I got to see some jaw-dropping things. Please note that I have never worked for one company for less than 4 years. Concentrix is the first company I left as soon as I could. I chose to leave because I realized that I made a huge mistake choosing to work there in the first place. Their management is extremely out of touch and overly political. They were constantly changing managers. They were constantly cussing out managers and employees.... yes, cussing out. The latest management group came in and fired other major players just so they could bring in their "buddies" in place of the important people. I watched them fire people for the craziest reasons and because of this, lost valuable experience, which ultimately caused them to lose major accounts. What I am trying to say is, there is absolutely NO job security with Concentrix. You are CONSTANTLY worried about your job. Concentrix's problem begins at the top. When the brain has cancer, the rest of the body is doomed. They only care about the numbers and they treat every person as if they are replaceable. I can't tell you how many people were let go and treated extremely poorly as they are walking out the door. Even if you CHOOSE to leave on good terms, like I tried to do, they will take offense to you leaving and treat you like a fired person in front of everyone as you pack up your desk, despite everything you did for the company. They pay their management ridiculously high wages, while paying peanuts to the very people that drive success. I beg you to not stoop so low as to accept a job at Concentrix. You will realize your horrible mistake within 1 week of working there. If you have other opportunities on the table, pursue them full heartedly and make Concentrix an afterthought. I have never seen so much turnover in such a short amount of time. Please notice that all of the positive reviews are from their India and Philippines center. The majority of the US center reviews are just as bad as mine. If I could give Concentrix zero stars instead of one, I would.

Pros

Paid training Always hiring Occasional snacks Some managers are cool

Cons

Lie about base pay and pay structure Most bonus pay is tied to surveys so things outside of your control will screw you. (i.e. customer asking for something your not allowed to do so they rate you badly on the survey.) Office politics and some terrible managers that will go out of their way to get you in trouble.(i.e. You had a technical issue during a call and had to disconnect[not uncommon thing] and they'll bring it up with upper management acting like you hung up for no reason. Schedule will change constantly and often little notice. -Mandatory hour cuts and overtime within 2 weeks of each other -Schedule can shift from M-F 8 to 5 to Thursday to Monday 1 to 10. HR will lead you on about opportunities in other departments but they never actually open for you.
