Pros
Co-workers and the pleasure to work with Advisors who really want to succeed!
Cons
Management is always changing, job role is always changing, lack of communication, HR takes forever to respond to pay issues that TMs take their time to submit, there will always be some type of issue with your pay and W-2. Instead of firing lazy Co workers they pile the workload on the entire team and if it's not done (on top of your own workload) you are threatened as a group to get a write up. Benefits are lousy and not what they used to be... Tools are always down, and they are always changing/updating the tools but they just can't seem to get it right, which makes it very frustrating to do your job! If you apply I would only work there for the short term and experience to put on you resume. I have been here for 7 years, currently looking for something else!
