Company expanded to fast from 8000 employees to over 100000 without getting a good foundation, like HR, payroll, purchasing, etc in place. HR & Payroll make so many mistakes. Company doesn't care about its people. When they acquire new company, they lay off a bunch of existing employees. Company's value Velocity is just overreaction instead of strategies, planning and communications.
