Everything else. Concentrix Belfast is a trap, the company policies and processes are stupid and in some case illegal (be prepared to hand your passport at reception for 10 weeks if you request your relocation package which is supposed to be a DUE, call your embassy, consulate if they do so it is purely illegal) Training was slow, dumb, useless and unprofessional to the max (Symantec project) Avoid unless you have no choice. They try to make you stick with little tricks because salaries are shameful and they know it. They will you anything possible against you to force you to stay.
