They claim to be “fanatical” about their staff but I have not experienced this at all. In my experience, there is hardly any support from Concentrix internally, we had more support from our client. I was also left without pay for a week during an ice storm that took out power for thousands of people in my state. But because I wasn’t able to work, I got no pay that week. Seems like the weather saved the company some money…again thankfully our client elected to offer us a stipend for the week. Pretty disappointing.
