      It's a job, not a career ,

      Cons

      unless you are a favorite of floor manager you will not get far. And if you do make sure you have them write out a promotion form for your records and especially of pay increase because they will hold out as much as they can. HR is not any better, impossible to get of hold of.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
