Pros

Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, and nothing.

Cons

Don't pay you on time. Checks are always messed up. HR always refers you to HR out of the country. Hours are always messed up. No system to track your time, instead you have to keep track on your own. Management is incompetent. No parking spaces for all the employees (You have to take a shuttle). Promotions based off of who butt you kiss instead of actually skills.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
