Good problems to have, typical to any small company growing fast. Need more resources to keep up, lack of structured processes and systems. Difficulty attracting key talent in a very competitive labor market.

Politics: People spend more time managing optics than focusing on doing great things. Vision isn’t clear, no risks are taken and they can afford to be this way because the company has great finances. They talk about innovating but they don’t actually innovate.
