US management supremacy Negative thinking about employees of India 11 QA resources lay off in just 2 min call with no prior information, not even to Indian leadership team. Product based company but work culture is like service based company. No respect to employees survey Don't go by positive reviews, it may have been given because of reward points given by company for sharing reviews.

Politics: People spend more time managing optics than focusing on doing great things. Vision isn’t clear, no risks are taken and they can afford to be this way because the company has great finances. They talk about innovating but they don’t actually innovate.
