Pros

Co-workers can be great and supportive, only 2 days a week in office (for now), lunch provided 1x per week in office.

Cons

Where to begin? The ELT is toxic from the top down starting with the CEO. He recently hired a new CTO whose first move was to make significant cuts of legacy talent and then hire his 2 closest friends. The CTO brags about working 24/7 for ConstructConnect and will send out emails at all hours of the night. Be warned - you will not have any resemblance of work/life balance. The company is suffering financially and it's creating a significant amount of tension across the organization. They are exploring every cost cutting measure possible including reductions in headcount. Then there's AI. AI is undoubtedly changing the landscape of technology but if you walked around this office and got a penny for every time you heard AI, MCP, or ClaudeCode you would be able to retire in about 6 minutes. What this really means is the company expects you to do things outside your area of expertise. The vision is for product managers to ship code who have zero technical experience. What's sad is they're positioning it as cool, fun, and cutting edge but they're tee'ing up the organization to be able to be thinned out. People are literally building the systems that will replace them. I once thought very highly of this organization and its leadership however the past 6+ months they have traded culture and being people first for the all mighty dollar and performance metrics. Don't let the tag lines and fancy marketing trick you - they project a culture that simply no longer exists. If you're thinking of working here simply ask them for how many people have left the organization in the last 6 months - that figure will shock you. There's no amount of money that would get me to stay here - I cannot wait to leave and find somewhere that actually cares about their employees.

Thank you for sharing your perspective and for your contributions to ConstructConnect. The past several months has involved significant change across both our industry and company, including new leadership, a significant investment in AI, and how we operate. Not everyone will like where we're headed, and we respect that. Our intent is not to trade culture for performance, but to be transparent about why we’re making changes, treat people with respect through any transition, and maintain realistic expectations around workload and work/life balance. We have strong year-over-year revenue and profitability growth. Our goal with AI is to give every person on this team leverage they didn’t have before with faster cycles, less manual grind, and more time on work that matters. We're investing in training and tooling, so people grow with this shift, not around it. Leadership changes are hard. We made deliberate moves to bring in people who could accelerate where we're going. We can’t follow up directly through Glassdoor, but if you're open to it, we'd genuinely welcome a conversation through your HR Business Partner.

Pros

I’ve been with ConstructConnect for several years, and one of the things that continues to stand out is the company’s commitment to both its employees and the communities we serve. I’ve always felt encouraged to grow professionally. Whether it’s taking on new challenges, sharing ideas, or developing new skills, I’ve been given opportunities to make a meaningful impact. Leadership genuinely invests in employee development and creates an environment where learning never stops. This year I had the opportunity to volunteer with AEC Cares in San Diego, and it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Watching ConstructConnect partner with the industry to help renovate Rachel’s Women’s Center, a shelter for women who have experienced homelessness, was incredibly moving. Hearing the women’s stories and seeing the transformation of the shelter reminded me that our work can extend far beyond the office. I’m proud to work for a company that doesn’t just talk about giving back. ConstructConnect shows up and makes a difference. That same week, I attended the AIA Conference where I had the chance to connect with architects and share how ConstructConnect is working to strengthen our partnerships with the design community. It was exciting to have conversations around the analytics we’re providing and see those discussions spark collaboration and new ideas. It reinforced that we’re listening to our partners and continually looking for ways to create value together. As if that wasn’t enough, I followed an incredible week in San Diego with Gallup Manager training in Atlanta. It reminded me how seriously ConstructConnect takes leadership development. The company recognizes that managers play a huge role in creating an engaging workplace, and it invests in helping us become better leaders for our teams. Employee engagement isn’t just something we talk about at ConstructConnect, it’s something we’re actively working toward every day. No company is perfect, but I’m grateful to work somewhere that encourages growth, values relationships, gives back to the community, and empowers employees to make a real impact. I’m proud to be part of that culture.

Cons

There’s always room to strengthen communication during times of change. It’s great to see our department taking proactive steps to keep everyone aligned and informed as we navigate new workflows and processes.

Pros

I'm confident ConstructConnect is the best place I've worked. From day one, it's clear this company genuinely lives and breathes its People First culture — not just as a talking point, but in tangible, everyday ways I've never experienced elsewhere. The culture is warm, collaborative, and fun. Management is truly invested in your growth — my manager proactively works with me on career development strategies, is upfront about where she wants me to be, and is equally open to my own goals and preferences. That kind of two-way investment is rare. Learning and development are baked into how we work. We have four dedicated "Library Hours" per week to focus on growing our knowledge — whether that's learning more about the company, our products, or our individual fields. It's a small thing that signals a lot. Beyond professional growth, there's real meaning in the work itself. We hear directly from customers how ConstructConnect has helped them land projects and grow their businesses — knowing our work helps build thriving communities is genuinely motivating. Strong Learning & Development — monthly learning offerings from our People & Culture team keep leaders and team members up to speed on the latest tools and protocols. A detailed onboarding program supports new hires as they ramp up. Benefits are generous — open PTO, strong flexibility depending on your team and role, and a hybrid work environment that has given me an excellent work/life balance.

Cons

This is a growing company, and change comes with that. If you struggle with change, take note — but for those who embrace it, the opportunities are there.
