Pros
I've been at the company over 2 years now, Pro's include- 1. Fantastic products, you're providing unique solutions to large manufacturing firms. Furthermore, the company continues to invest heavily into improving the solutions we bring to market. 2. Great management, they'll always hear you out, give advice, support your growth and encourage you to improve yourself. 3. Compensation. When you're successful it will show in your bank account. There's huge incentives for exceeding quota. Medical benefits are great as well. I have nothing but great feedback for ConstructConnect, I like the people, the solutions we provide and the company makes you feel like you're apart of something special. I've been promoted on merit/performance and they've helped me develop since the day I started.
Cons
Cons are hard to come by but, if I'm being picky these are them- 1. It's hard to explain to regular people exactly what you do. That's no fault of their own, the programs we offer are very unique and difficult for someone to conceptualize that isn't in our industry. 2. From my current role their isn't much growth beyond my position in Canada. Again the reason for this is because the current managers are young and do a fantastic job. 3. Financial growth- We're well compensated which is great although if you're someone who has high financial aims we're still in the process of rapid growth. For this, there's a high ceiling in our market and while our parent organization is confident we'll reach the 8 figure mark in revenue over the next few years you're unlikely to see people who are compensated at the rate of an enterprise business- your amazon's, salesforce, IBM, etc. That said major growth in the business could change that.
