Pros
Paying a good % on sales if you are in the sales job, you now have to be hired as a BDR to even get a shot at Sales.
Cons
Turn over is huge...managers in mid-market are not very helpful, they want to be your friend, a lot of back biting, and a lot of negative energy in the office. long time reps being put on plan, long time reps were demoted to BDR from sales. newer reps gaming the system with no consequences. Top Reps leaving even though they are making huge money 100K plus 2018 seems weird, right??
