Pros
Easy job, nice managers, "promotion" opportunities
Cons
Every other month one of the benefits they sell you on will be removed, while simultaneously giving you more work each month until you accept you have no chance of getting it all done each day. Then if you make it 6 months, they will try to force you into private team which is 100x worse and most people who move over will quit within 3 months because its that bad. But if you do stay on public be warned, turnover is so high and by that time, you'll be one of the top members on the team. What does that entail? A bunch more work you wont get done, wont be able to hit bonus anymore and even if you do survive that, your chances of getting a raise will be zero. But you should go for it if you like cold calling, getting yelled at by "sources", hung up or just berated. A lot better call center jobs out there with less BS. Dont waste your time with this one.
