- Not really work from home- had a family emergency and asked to work from my parents house -was told no only in extenuating circumstances- if I wouldn't have asked they wouldn't have known the difference - I was very confused by their PTO system and even after having it explained to me (multiple times), I ended up owing them money when I left and essentially didn't get a last check because I didn't understand -Managers fake like they care about your success but its a numbers game at CoCo, the minute you're off they constantly remind you (you see your metrics like 3 times a day even though no one asked) everybody can see them so its like being shamed. They put you on PIP's again acting as if they care but you will get fired. -I was excited about the pay this was my first grown up job and it was okay for a while until you realize your role. Without Content CoCo would be -virtually useless- the pay definitely doesn't match- entry level or not. This also applies for the bonus/incentives/metrics in general- construction has a down and up season but for some reason our metrics and bonus targets never reflected this nor did the pay. I'm not a genius though so. - No point in doing the exit interview- they could care less, the person that did mine actually got short with me when i had to email regarding some questions I had about returning my equipment. They'll refer you to their people and culture team or whatever...again waste of time -For about half of time there, I had equipment that was insufficient and eventually had to get a new computer- this was not taken into account for my productivity for those months- they want to see numbers -They say you will not be on the phone that much - you live on the phone. Even after you have a place telling you not to call or being nasty with you, they'll still encourage you to call, its borderline harassment the way some of them MAKE you call. - Their parameters (not sure if specific to each department) for switching roles INTERNALLY were ridiculous. Lets say you're in a role you can't see yourself in but still want to grow with the company, Lets say you've maybe been struggling with being happy in your job- this has resulted in low productivity but you've been keeping leadership the loop but you get placed on a PIP. There goes your chance of switching roles for a WHILE- by the time you're off the PIP and eligible to apply- you've had already left and found another position, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I DID AND IM GRATEFUL FOR IT.
