Pros
Easy working environment... unfortunately, that's about it.
Cons
Poor salary and commission structure. Zero quality training. Terrible regional management. There is no support for the employees. The company has false pretenses of being a Forbes 100 Best Company. An awful lot of fundamental changes would have to occur to even enter a top 500. If you are remotely ambitious and have a desire to move on to bigger and better things, then Battery Systems is, at best, a decent stepping stone company to use.
