      Pros

      You’ll make more money than you know what to do with for minimal work. Benefits are hard to beat, and PTO is great as well as flexible. You’ll meet some of the best and funniest people.

      Cons

      You’ll spend your life there, don’t plan to have much of a social life working 12 hours plus. The money I mentioned you’ll be making will be because overtime never fades. Management I hope has changed as you will have military style leadership with occasional guilt trips to overwork yourself. Gossip is terrible.

      Pros

      CC Uses cutting-edge Technologies, which is good experience for resume building; many of the Teams are collaborative; interesting work and you can believe in company goals.

      Cons

      Director and Manager level mgmt at corporate here do not provide guidance on projects. There is a lot of turnover on data projects because new employees are thrown into the deep end and then just blamed if results are not as expected. CC really needs more hands-on project oversight. There are also behavioral and anger issues with a couple long-time ppl as well, and this is both exhausting and (sometimes) outright humiliating. They need to treat new people better.
