My true comments are only for Global Customer Support vertical. It was an excellent Organization before 2021, but it acquired 3 mid-sized startups in a row; SABA Software in 2021, EdCast in 2022, and SumTotal in 2023 put them in a pathetic situation. Their offices are overcrowded and they are focusing only on the specific locations. 1. The customers are frustrated with no resolution for long pending issues. 2. The management is clueless and putting unnecessary pressure on the employees, especially L1 & L2 India employees. 3. There is no mental peace. 4. No growth opportunities. 5. They are overstaffed and find very silly reasons to throw out employees. 6. Toxic work culture. 7. Global Customer Support Leadership behaves like a newly emerged manager (bossy)
