There is a reason they named the company Cornerstone: as soon as you go to management with a problem, instead of finding a solution, they find a problem in you to prove their process is flawless. They believe you are the problem, not the process. They see your voice as rebellion rather than honest feedback, which they must suppress. If you give any honest feedback about the managers, they see it as an ego battle. Since they lie up in the hierarchy, they will use whatever means necessary to turn you into a slave they can control. They make very ego-based decisions. That’s where they corner you and torture you until you leave the job or become a gravestone. Thus "CORNER-STONE"
