Every one here wants you to succeed and is willing to answer your questions, starting pay is excellent and many opportunities to get raises, no commission work, several sections to work in and you can be cross-trained or transfer between departments, room to move up and new positions are being created all the time, lot's of flexibility, Work From Home opportunities and financial help for making that happen, employer paid benefits Vision/Dental/Medical, a great sense of job security knowing you're working for a company that's growing in a smart way that's sustainable (there was NEVER a time during the pandemic 2020 that I was afraid I was going to be laid off, the management team made sure to communicate this with us several time that no lay offs were going to happen!), great communication with all levels of management, interesting work that keeps your mind stimulated and learning new things all the time, tons of great people to work with and they make great workmates, lots of free snacks! The trail mix bar is real! :-)
Cons
....I wish I could work in the office more, but my dog REALLY enjoys the fact that I don't have to leave the house for 8 hours a day any more!
