Cons

Initially I thought this company was very good but when I started to work I got to knw that this company is such a bad and hectic place to work. Work pressure is at its peak Shifting timing is long Managers and team leads are extending the time as per their wish. This company is not at all good for work life balance. We can't able to do our personal stuffs coz as I already mentioned they are extending their shift timings. There are so many termination phases in this company, job security is not at all there.0% We can't even take long leaves as there is a target that we have to finish. Not even one leave and if we take we are forced to work on weekends. And during the interview or hiring or on boarding they are not even telling any truth and giving all fake promises and hiring people for their business and destroying other people's career and time. If they want they'll keep us or else through us like anything. So much mental stress There are so fault in company side too but if we complaint they ll ignore that and start to look into our bags and search what can we able to catch to blame us and they are not treating humans like humans, treating them like mechines. Yae they have to admit it , Humans will make mistakes we can't do anything for that and they are comparing each and every one, each one will have their own capabilities and potential. Overall this is very hectic company to work.

Pros

The only pros are salary and remote work

Cons

Many cons. First, the job interview is extremely intimidating and borders harassment. Be prepared. The company lacks structure, management, and proper education. They frown upon employee interactions during work hours since it will take away from chart reviews. Therefore, you are pretty much alone all day. The company physicians are not well educated on coding and clinical criteria; however, if you disagree with their advice be prepared to be on their bad side and be placed on a PIP without being given a heads up. Supervisors and other leaders are demeaning and make you feel like you don’t know anything and if you challenge them - you are always an inferior and will be put in your place. Therefore, leave your past education and pride at the door; otherwise, this company will make you miserable. Basically, the culture at Corro is toxic.
