      Night shift employees get free dinner and 2 way cab facilities

      Cons

      My manager canceled my return cab because the target was not met. Toxicity and office politics happen at the managerial level. Me and my colleagues got terminated just like previous employees when the impossible-to-achieve target was not met.

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
