      Provide NCLEX certificate that too after working for 2 years.

      Cons

      They (HR) are not even sure about the type of experience they want. Different people tells different criteria and they'll confuse you as well. Have zero communication skills. Donot even revert if asked any query.

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
