I couldn't have better things to say about Steven DeFrancis. He truly is such an amazing person and his company's culture reflects that. We are a family here because of his heart and his character. I love my position and am blessed to be where I am. I couldn't ask to be a part of a better company. I'd recommend working for this company to anyone who wants great benefits, compensation, a family work-environment and to be a part of changing lives.

I’m so happy that Cortland found you and you found Cortland. I love the passion in your “voice” and am grateful for your dedication. Our VP, Human Resources joined Cortland Partners a few months ago, and will be adding 2 new members to her Generalist team soon. Together they will be looking across the organization to help develop career paths for our associates. These initiatives, when done right, take time, so in the meantime I would recommend that you offer up some ideas to either your manager or the HR team directly.
