Yikes – not a fun review to receive! That said, we really appreciate your honesty and always take criticisms such as these seriously. We agree that turnover is higher than we’d like, but we can assure you that we do care about the well-being of all of our associates from top to bottom. Our Talent Resources team does facilitate terminations, but they are carried out under the directive of and in collaboration with team managers, and we are always looking out for the best interests of the company and our associates.
