We consider all options when making the best decision for the approximate 100 communities and their teams. Due to minimal storage and security, most of our sites have a limited number of service golf carts and do not have one for every service associate. During onboarding, the service associate is told that if they use their own vehicle that they will be reimbursed for their documented mileage on site. This is a common policy in our industry. If you did not receive this information from your manager, we apologize for that miscommunication.
