We always want to give our associates the tools they need to feel like they are running their own business, and it feels great knowing how well that’s received and put into action by our associates! We find that by hiring the right people and helping to set them up for success, it’s a win-win for all because, as you mentioned, we all want to excel. And yes, we have already started using 360-degree feedback on our leaders, so they can better understand how their direction is received from teammates of all levels.
