We’re disheartened to hear that you thought the Open Door Policy ever went anywhere! We have always had an Open Door Policy and always will. Our associates are like family to us, and we value their opinions, feedback, and ideas immensely. We realize we have experienced a huge amount of growth over the last three years, but we never want that expansion to get in the way of our open communication and big family feeling.
