Cortland partners is a company that makes you feel appreciated for all of your hard work. Employee surveys are not only asked for but read. Employee ideas are taken into consideration. Onsite teams are supported and that is quite refreshing.

      Cortland Partners is a growing company and with that comes some growing pains. Management is quick to address concerns and make appropriate changes.
